Sustainable agriculture is the sign of recognition of Cantina Sorres, which has chosen to produce wine respecting the environment and the health of consumers. How? Reducing the environmental impact in winemaking processes, but also decreasing the use of potentially harmful technical means, such as phytosanitary and still relying on human hands to harvest and select the best grapes to be transformed into wine. In this perspective deeply rooted in the two sisters who run the Cantina Sorres, producing wine means mainly respecting a tradition, both linked to the family, and to their territory.
The wine produced by this winery is called Pensamentu, a Cannonau of Sardinia that respects the Sardinian territory's identity, its nature, its history. A wine to sip to start a unique tasting trip.
